BIOCHAR
'Black Wilson Pellets'

A Solid Bio-fuel Product of Pyrolysis

Wilson Fibre® can be converted into torrefied pellets, similar to charcoal, which is suitable for either domestic or commercial heating by either replacing or co-mingling with coal.

Another opportunity is to replace traditional carbon black with processed Wilson Biochar as a more sustainable carbon negative material. Carbon black is used as a reinforcing filler in tires and other rubber products and in plastics, paints, and inks.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

Wilson Torrefied Pellets undergo a thermochemical treatment after which the final product is the remaining solid, dry, blackened material that is referred to as torrefied biomass or Wilson bio-coal.
