LIQUID BIOFUELS
Second Generation
Using simple and established, standard industrial processes of hydrolysis, distillation and fermentation, Wilson Fibre® produces ethanol, acetone, butanol and hydrogen among other platform chemicals and liquid bio-fuels.
PLATFORM CHEMICALS
Organic waste processed through our system is an exceptional resource for the production of carbon-negative transport fuels and chemicals. Several partners have stated Wilson Fibre is the best cellulosic feedstock they have worked with to produce biochemicals and biofuels.
Wilson Fibre® is proven as a feedstock for the production of various intermediate/platform chemicals such as Hydrogen, Ethanol, Butanol, Acetone, Citric Acid, and Tri-acyl glycerol.
BIO BUTANOL
Butanol made from organic material produces 86% less Greenhouse Gas as traditional gasoline and 30% less than bio-Ethanol.
ABE PRODUCTION
The Wilson Fibre® is high in sugar content and is proven to be an excellent base for Acetone–butanol–ethanol (ABE) hydrolysis/fermentation/distillation, very common industrial processes.
BIO DIESEL
Wilson Fibre® is used for production of triacyl-glycerol, a vital pre-cursor to biodiesel and used in the Pharma and Food industries.
CITRIC ACID
The Wilson System® can process sugarcane waste as a feedstock for the production of the valuable bio-based chemical, citric acid.
